Saundra Hamel is the President of SJH Group Inc dba PremiumAudit.com. She is active in the local auditors’ association of Insurance Auditors’ Association of Dallas. Saundra Hamel is the Secretary/ Treasurer of Insurance Auditors’ Association of the Southwest (IAASW). She has been Treasurer for the past two years, and has recently been elected to be both secretary and treasurer of the IAASW for 2009-2010 term. Saundra lead the IAASW in getting the association updated in its look and accessibility by designing their website www.IAASW.com.

Saundra’s business experience was in the stock market. She was with Southwest Securities for over 24 years. During those years with Southwest, she was involved in agency trading on the NYSE desk, the ASE desk and the OTC desk. Parts of her years were spent as a Market Maker trading NASDAQ stocks. In the last years with the firm, she traveled to other Broker/Dealers in the country representing Southwest Securities. She was also named Vice President and Head of Agency Trading. Before leaving Southwest Securities, Saundra reorganized the Syndicate Department with Policies and Procedures. Prior to Southwest Securities she was employed by Underwood Neuhaus.

Saundra and Jon Hamel met at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. Because of their heart for the singles of the church, they have continued to work with the singles as director of a Bible Fellowship Class.
